B.  Varied Speeds
c.  Framing:  Low pitch - frame where caught.  High Pitch - catch and flex down with fist or wrist.  Inside Pitch - catch with thumb up and peel in towards plate.  Outside Pitch - catch with thumb down and peel in towards the plate.
C.  5 – 10 Minutes (Great Conditioning)

o       Thumb up on the inside pitch - this helps the umpire see exactly where the pitch was thrown.

KEY POINTS
1.)  Never frame a low pitch or pitch that is out of the strike zone.
2.)  On pitches in the dirt - always work on blocking.  Don't get lazy.
3.)  Use your wrist to frame or peel in towards the plate.  Don't use your entire arm.
