OHS Varsity Baseball encourages all athletes to prepare themselves to the best of their ability.  Increased success will often times be created with a strong desire to become bigger, stronger, and faster.  With that said, athletes must train with an off season workout plan. 

During any athletic season, athletes should maintain the workout as well with lifting occuring in the a.m. and/or after practice/game.  For many this becomes extremely difficult.  With dedication and hard work - these workouts can still be completed.  It starts with you - The High School Athlete.
