Once again, player fees for the summer will be $250. In addition, each player is required to fill out the Form 2 document located in the Documents tab. Please fill this out and turn in with your registration.

An original birth certificate is required come playoff time. This will be turned in at the parent meeting before the season begins. Please note that this has to be an original with a raised seal. It can not be a copy or a hospital notice. We were informed at the Legion meeting this winter that this will be stongly enforced.  Anyone without an original will not be allowed to play.
