Teams:

U10:  Players will be divided into even teams and will compete in the South Central League (A level).  The number of U10 teams will be determined based on the number of registered players.

U11 – U14:  At each level, there will be one team participating in the Metro Baseball League (AA level). Depending on the number of registered players, an additional team or teams will be  participating in the South Central League (A level).  

2023 Evaluation Dates:

• U10: Saturday, April 29th, 12:30-2 PM (Owatonna Middle School).  
• U11: Friday, April 28th, 5-6:30 PM and Saturday, April 29th, 10-11:30 AM (Owatonna Middle School)
• U12-U14: Completed by Kids First coaching staff throughout April.  Additional communication will be sent at a later date with additional details.

Details:

• Players will not be allowed to participate if season fees have not been paid. 
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to check-in at the front table.
• Each player is expected to bring a glove, cleats and clean tennis shoes for possible gym situations.
• Evaluations will run by the Huskies Bullpen Club and other local coaches.
• Parents are not allowed to be in the gyms or on the fields while evaluations are being run.
• This is meant to be a fun and relaxed atmosphere for our young players.

• We will break kids up into stations.  Each player will have a chance to show their skills at each station.  Stations include – Ground balls, Fly balls, Hitting and Pitching.
