We have successfully hosted tournaments every year, other than the COVID impacted 2020 year.  Our tournaments are  unique in that we not only guarantee at least 3 games for all teams, but we advance all teams to bracket play.

• Tournament Fee (U10-U13):  $475 if registered and paid prior to 2/5/24; $500 if registered on or after 2/5/2024.
• Tournament fee (U14+): $500 if registered and paid prior to 2/5/2024; $525 if registered on  or after 2/5/2024.
• Registration is not complete until payment is received (received or postmarked PRIOR to 2/5/2024).

• We don't have any specific hotel partnerships in Owatonna, but the Visit Owatonna website does offer information about places to stay in Owatonna.

• If your team does not play in the Metro Baseball League or Gopher State League, you must complete an MBT Team Eligibility Waiver to compete in our tournaments.  Please be sure to bring this form with you when you check-in prior to the tournament.
• Our tournaments will follow all 2024 MBT rule changes, including Bat standards, pitch counts, and substitution rules.  Below are the current MBT rules (COMING SOON).  Note that there are changes from 2023.
• Please be at the fields at least 30 minutes prior to game time.  If fields are ready we will begin games earlier than scheduled.
• Once the umpire card is scorecard is handed in, we will take that as final.  Please make sure you agree with scores and pitch counts before this is turned in.
• The tournament director can and will alter the schedule in the event of weather delays. 
• We take conduct seriously.  If players, coaches, parents or any fans act disrespectfully toward umpires or other teams, sanctions may be enforced by the tournament director for the game, day or entirety of the remaining tournament. In addition to this, per MBT qualifier rules teams may face  temporary or permanent banishment from any of all MBT or MBL events.  
• ALL OHBC Tournaments are a Youth 1st Environment - Good sportsmanship and Positive Conduct are EXPECTED from ALL PLAYERS, COACHES, PARENTS, AND FANS.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds for tournament fees will be reimbursed in full, minus a $25 processing fee, if a replacement team is found prior to the tournament. Credit card fees that may have been incurred at the time of registration, will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued via check and sent by USPS upon receipt of payment by the replacement team.

• If a replacement team is found as a result of a discounted entrance fee, the original team will be reimbursed the rate of discount, minus a $25 processing fee.
• No reimbursements, or replacement teams, will be accepted within 10 days of the start of the tournament.
